In order to ensure the transparency of the processing of personal data and fulfill legal obligations, we inform you of the processing of your personal data. What personal data do we process about you and why?

As part of our activities, we may process personal data obtained from you or from public sources. If you cooperate with us as an IT expert whose services we provide to our clients, we can process your name, surname, address, date of birth, e-mail, telephone, account number, ID and TIN, work experience, courses and other professional information, time information, financial requirements and valuation data, education data, all so that we can properly fulfill the contract with you and offer you an activity that suits your characteristics, knowledge, experience and focus.
If you are our client, we may process the name and surname of you or your employees, including their job title, address, date of birth, e-mail, telephone, account number, ID and VAT number, IP addresses and records of communication within the provided services, all so that we can properly fulfill the contract with you and at the same time inform you about news within our activities, which is our legitimate interest. Of course, you can always opt out of the newsletter via the link in the email you received.
If you have responded to any of our internal jobs, we may process your name, surname, address, date of birth, email, telephone, other professional information, time information, financial information, education data and all that to help us evaluate whether we can offer you a job in our company.
If we want to share your information with our partners or inform you about news that is not directly related to our products, we will always ask you for this purpose.

To whom do we pass your data?

We do not pass on your data to third countries or international organization.

How long have we kept your data?

We will keep your data for the purpose of processing, that is, for the duration of the contract and for the period required by applicable law (especially the Accounting Act, the VAT Act), or our legitimate interest in protecting our rights in case of complaints or possible disputes for the duration of the relevant limitation periods. Security of your personal information

Security of personal data is our priority. The foundation is that all our employees are bound by confidentiality and are regularly trained in information and personal data security. Of course, we strictly control access permissions, both at the physical and logical security level. We also conduct security risk analysis on a regular basis and propose and take the necessary corrective actions.

In accordance with the Regulation, you have the following rights:
• if he / she carries out any processing with your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time, using the contacts below;
• the right to access your personal data in order to determine what we process your personal data;
• Right to correct inaccurate data;
• the right to the deletion of personal data where justified and possible;
• the right to restrict the processing of your personal data in cases envisaged by the Regulation;
• the right to data portability where the legal basis for processing is the need to respect a contractual relationship and the data is processed automatically by you;
• the right to object in a situation where our legitimate interest is the legal reason for processing. In this case, we will cease processing your data for that purpose, unless we have a legitimate interest in the processing or for the origin, performance or protection of our legitimate claims.
• if you believe that his / her personal data are being processed without authorization, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection for the Czech Republic (www.uoou.cz).
