Office Manager (Košice)

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our Košice team and make sure our office is a place where everything runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, stays on top of what needs to be done, and is always ready to step in and take care of things when needed.

You’ll be the first person our visitors meet, taking care of the day-to-day running of both the reception and the office while providing important support to the entire team. From welcoming visitors and handling deliveries and administration to making sure there’s always coffee and something tasty to snack on. Simply put, we’re looking for someone we can rely on and who will help make our Košice office a great place to work.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth operation of the reception
• Welcoming and announcing visitors
• Sending and receiving packages and handling courier and postal services
• Ensuring the smooth operation of the office kitchen and preparing coffee
• Arranging refreshments
• Providing administrative support
• Ordering refreshments
• Covering for the Back Office Manager during their absence

Requirements

• Independent and proactive approach to work
• Strong organizational skills and attention to order
• Category B driving licence
