Business Development Manager Netherlands

Launch B2B business with us in the Netherlands 🤝🏻

We are looking for an experienced sales professional based in this region who isn’t afraid to open up new markets, actively seek out business opportunities and build long-term relationships with international partners.

You will have the freedom to independently develop your assigned regions and help shape their business strategy. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in international B2B sales, an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent English. German, or experience in a technical or staffing environment, will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acquiring new clients in the Netherlands
• Opening up new business opportunities and building the market
• Building and developing relationships with business partners abroad
• Active B2B business in an international environment
• Cross-company collaboration on setting the strategy for the region

Requirements

• Experience in international B2B sales, ideally in Germany / France / the Netherlands
• Proven ability to independently open up new business opportunities
• Excellent English for day-to-day communication
• Independence, drive to deliver results and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel

Nice to have

• Conversational German or French
• Experience in a technical, industrial or staffing environment
